Also, I think there is an active effort (from the DNC) to keep Biden from announcing his candidacy for President. Everyone has known for years that Biden was a Perv. But now it is getting a lot more exposure and air time.

I think the DNC are trying to get the two top leaders in the polls out of the way, so they can bring up their choice, just like they did for Hillary.
