I have an idea and I would like feedback to make it a viable option.
I was reading about people sending money to Mexico.
What if we identified people by their dna rather than by a photo
Then we taxed people in the family for any expense of their family member
For example. If an illegal goes to an e r then that 2000 bill is subtracted from any money that person earns or ties to transfer to Mexico
If a family member is put in prison the expense is divided and paid by the closest genetic family members.
Any government benefits are charged to family members.
Thus your id will be not just individual but as a family or tribe member.
What is wrong or right with this idea?
