i got some unsolicited advice regarding my husband's happiness
and when he tells me something, it's supposed to mean he's unhappy about it. Well, he's telling me I have garlic breath in my sleep and he starts pushing me in my sleep to roll over. I don't want to stop eating garlic, especially not the green olives stuffed with garlic. i need garlic tp maintain healthy liver function and create my body's most abundant antioxidents so i can stay young looking.

so basically should I stop eating garlic, my husband isn't even really a happy person to begin with and i doubt my breath will bring him more or less happiness into his life.

I read that the natural way is better than supplements and I usually eat a whole bulb a day.

he just asked me not to eat any garlic today, I told him too late.

the sulfur produces the glutathione in the body. the odorless ones have trace amounts in it.

broccoli sprouts are best but those supplements are way too expensive, I just looked for some so I'll have to make my own sprouts.

So I have breath phobia, always had it. My husband and I sleep in a king size bed, I keep a squishy down pillow, longways between my husband and my pillow at night when we sleep. He knew I had breath phobia when he married me, so the pillow doesn’t bother him and I feel more comfortable laying in his direction as we sleep.

It doesn’t separate us as it’s only up near our pillows and we call the pillow the sneeze guard, it’s just the name we call it. It’s a part of our happy marriage. May work for you.

ok, my husband has been telling me about these sprouts for a long time, now he's going to order some seeds tonight so I can switch from garlic breath to baby's breath.

Garlic breath is the worst after you've brushed your teeth and have slept for a few hours. Holy Moly! My entire house will smell for a day after the family eats it. It's so bad, I think it's the worst smell in the world

Maybe try sleeping in separate bedrooms.

Knowing your husband as I do I would say it's to your benefit.

Apples! Eat an apple every night - contain an enzyme that wipes out the garlic.

Stop eating garlic by 3:00 pm every day or wear a helmet with a face shield to bed.

I usually do sneak it into meal I prepare for him but he hasn't asked me to make anything lately. He did see me doing it once and he got all passive aggressive saying he can't eat that now and he was starving and it was going to put him to sleep. I told him i put it in all the time and he doesn't fall asleep.
