This is a total flip. A "one year warning"? Yeah, that will slow them down.

President Trump on Thursday said he was giving Mexico a "one-year warning" to stop the flows of migration and drugs into the U.S., or he would slap tariffs on cars made there and close the southern border.

I told him he needs to send the military in, and not just a few thousand. I warned him if he doesn't take action he will go down as the first President to allow a foreign invasion. You guys have to write him and get your friends to do the same.

I admire what you've done, but the POTUS has to be able to withstand pressure from the traitors in the GLOBALIST business community, because they're the same bastards who screw us in every admin. He has to call in the military,as you say, and militarize the border and turn this into a shooting war. Give these people a verbal warning and maybe fire over their heads, if they keep coming, shoot the bastards. This is an invasion. And if the Dems or Rinos object, arrest them on treason charges for abetting a foreign invasion.

Ann Coulter takes victory lap after Trump backs down from border closure

Conservative commentator Ann Coulter took a victory lap on Twitter, claiming that she was right that President Trump would not hold true to his threat to shut down the border to force dramatic immigration reform by Congress.

"HEY! Who bet me that @realDonaldTrump was actually going to 'close the border'?" Coulter tweeted.

Her comment comes three days after she criticized Trump's original threat, facetiously proposing five different scenarios when Trump would decide to actually shut down the border, which experts have warned would have severe economical consequences, but Border Patrol agents said would be a welcome opportunity to provide back up to those patrolling areas of high illegal traffic.

In a series of tweets she called "Coulter's Quiz," Coulter asked whether Trump would close the border after signing an executive order against "anchor babies," after replacing Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen with failed Kansas gubernatorial candidate Kris Kobach, deporting beneficiaries of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, finishing construction of the border wall, or arresting the mayors of so-called sanctuary cities.
