A lot of the 20something and younger crowd really like this song. I’m not sure how or why it is categorized as country. It sounds like a slow rap, in my opinion. Then again, I’m old and don’t know much about these things anymore.

Old Hank, George, Waylon, Merle, Johnny Cash and many others are rolling in there graves. All my friends growing up had Saturday morning cartoons, I had Saturday morning CMT. To me 90s Country Music was the last real Country Music. My very first concert was Alan Jackson in 5th grade, and Brookes and Dunn the year after. I can't stand turning on Country Music radio anymore unless it's the local station on Saturday nights during their "Time Machine" show. If I knew Luke Bryant's home address I'd mail him a box of dog shit and I would pay for a ticket just to heckle Florida Georgia Line.
