IS-BE is a automation created idea, yes those people did exist long ago, and in China or really the others that lived there. They got Tesla to invent the Ac current generator so they could sell it to everyone. what do you thing water waves are, power to turn things, and it free if you have a small generator and home made water fall. You can do what they had done, learn to collect it from the air. Solar panels are similar but costly, it still collect from the things of nature. The wires are hung from poles, you may need someone who understand negative and positive connections and grounding and switches, that is if you want to try it.
