Roswell Crash - One Alien Survived

science channel recently had one of UFO declass shows on and a guy there claimed he was an inferfacer, met with different aliens, as many as 25 diff species. He was at a base in VA and the alien told him telepathically his friend were coming to bust him out and convinced him to let him go. He did and said that they caught him and warned him but nothing was done and he felt the general knew they had done damage at other bases. I think it was fort ap hill??

Couldn't listen to all of it but he mentioned that Baptism is our 1st exorcism! I had not ever thought of this. My whole family both sides are Catholic and I always went away from them and the rituals. What if its not an exorcism but draws demons? Lots to think about.

I can do lucid dreaming. It seems to me that may come first, then being able to remote view, then OOBE's.

So where to start...

Learn to do lucid dreaming. Read all you can on the subject.

Take a vitamin B complex tablet before going to sleep, every night. May take some time, but that will begin to rev up your dreams. Also as you fall asleep, think of trying to do lucid dreaming, say out loud to yourself that you want to try lucid dreaming. Let it be the last thing you think of as you fall asleep.

it's rather fun. you will be able to dream and know while you are dreaming that you are asleep and dreaming. and with practice you can change the ending to the dream you are having, and being fully aware of that, all while still asleep. i've even woke up from a dream, and thinking huh, i didn't like that ending after all. go back to sleep and go back into that dream again and change the ending again. lol
