Ah ok, yeah i tried to post this thread earlier but it was already up and i read the info from another source which stated the case had been dropped so i interpretted that as won, my bad but i will find the link and post, i may have got it wrong though. edit - i read it on the sun online (lol) and it states - "But he appealed yet again and ran up a bill of at least £50,000 before the case was finally thrown out last week. It was unclear yesterday whether he has yet been deported." I took that for meaning the case was closed but it may be some clever wording by the paper and may mean his appeal was thrown out?
