Autonomy means self Governance. In order to do that in a biological capacity, you need to be able to make complex and on the spot DECISIONS. A DECISION is very complicated, and absolutely has to do with FREE WILL.

The NUMBER OF CHOICES ARE ENDLESS. What constricts our choices is 'Man Made LAW', and the physical limitations of the human body and mind.

For example, you can choose to go out and rape and slaughter a young girl, but you're going to have every member of law enforcement looking for you, and when/if they catch you, you're going to Prison for the rest of your life.

Was that hypothetical rape/murder scenario God's will? or the Perpetrators? The answer is very obvious. IT was an ACT of FREE WILL by the Perpetrator.
