Openly politically incorrect, I was always able to unload the truck and push it to the floor on the same day... Then one day we got a new management team...

The new store manager and assistant manager were never able to accomplish the truck process. They eventually fired me because none of the unloaders would follow their instructions until they checked with me.

The regional manager came in a fired them and called me and I told him who to promote to my old job. It was a black dude. I had moved on.




Black people have no problem with white co-workers or managers if they know WTF they are doing and if they trust them to take charge in an instant. It's like the military.
