They won't react. Only online maybe. But that's about it.
People are pretty much living paycheck to paycheck these days and understandably won't give up their livelihood standing up to a system which is not in their favor and has them by the you know what. And the few brave who do will just be made an example of, with the consequences. Dissent will be kept in the internet until that too is silenced.
It's just the way it is.
