The Mayor found a way to evacuate a sector that is now in high demand by an opposing faction of the Jewish community that has lived there for years. The pull these emergencies out of their sleeve and slap on fines because he knows they are an average income community who will make a decision to move out rather than pay the fine. This is abusive and strikes against the civil rights of these people.

There may be something to this. I'm pretty sure it was the current mayor who orchestrated a fake protest against the carriage horses of Central Park because the 150 year old stables were in a high demand real estate district that his friend wanted to develop.

So the mayor called PETA and had them come down and do protests to try to get the carriage horse operation closed down.

What you describe sounds similarly underhanded with the same real estate based motives.

A long time ago I read something, possibly by Steve Sailer, about how the entire school integration and civil rights movement was based on creating a cycle of boom and bust real estate - degradation and gentrification due to forced demographic shifts. It sounded really sinister and the kind of thing "they" could get away with because no one would ever believe it.

Isreal and the rest of Europe are the number one cause for outbreak of Measles in the United States and all cases in New York are Gods people.
