The real criminals are throwing people under the bus left and right. People complain about how they "took the spaces of more deserving students" when affirmative action took a much higher percentage of spots. This just shows how warped the thinking is today. When you are afraid of losing your life, you have already lost your life. Don't be afraid. |

Quoting: keybored Olivia Jade Giannulli and Isabella Rose Giannulli remain enrolled at the University of Southern California, which put holds on the accounts of all students who may have fraudulently received admission, Us Weekly reported. “This prevents the students from registering for classes (until they have agreed to participate in the review of their case), withdrawing from the university, or acquiring transcripts while their cases are under review,” the college said in a Monday statement. [link to pagesix.com (secure)] WTF? They should have been removed immediately alongside all the others that payed for their children's places. Thread: This college tuition scandal is total BS Yes, but why aren't the colleges taking more of the heat? Seems to me, they ACCEPTED MONEY FOR ILLEGAL DEEDS. |

If they withdraw a student, they have to document a reason for it in the student's records. In this case, since the student/parents haven't admitted guilt and the investigation is ongoing, the school could potentially risk a lawsuit down the road if they insert "academic dishonesty" or similar without proof of evidence should the court's verdict end up in Loughlin's favor. |
