Ebola is a scam. I've been to East Kivu province and talked to people working on it. They drum this up so that they'll receive more funding and are able to continue their lavish lifestyles there. Plus it gives all these troops and UN agencies a reason for staying. It's also about geopolitics. The region has a lot of resources that China tries to control.
