I don't have twatter or farce book to contact the mother but since this was posted on-line it likely went through a router in Virginia where (for years) it has been illegal to post or use someone's picture without their permission.

I know the Agent that wrote that legislation and provided it to the Virginia General Assembly to pass into law.

I would not want a retraction, I would want a great deal of money for their willful, flagrant, and with disregard for the family and child, use of his image.
