Unless their farm is 501(c)(3) or incorporated they may not have any rights or say over their own farm. People don't realize this is a contract with the state that gives them special privileges. This is how the state gets away with telling owners and business what to do. If it is, they could possible lose their case. If not, the state can go fuck itself. I've read many court cases even some from the supreme court. This is how they lose. Once the business or owner learns this after loosing, they remove themselves as a non-profit or unincorporate and then tells the state to eat shit. It's not complicated once you understand how it works. This is the same reason churches are not allowed to say whatever they want. If the church isn't a 501(c)(3) church, they state has no say on what they can or cannot stay. Nearly every case is determined by the alone. Their is already many cases that set this precedent.

It is so very hypocritical but Jesus NEVER says anything about Gays or gay marriage, yet, he definitely goes above and beyond in all 4 Gospels about divorce.

This isn't really any different than the banks foreclosing on the farmers and taking their property because they couldn't pay their mortgage. Guess what, the farmers figured it out. The bank simply created the fictitious money out of thin air by simply providing a loan. The money/loan is made by the mere fact of adding a line to their books. That's it. No real money or wealth was given. When the farmers understood this, they fought it in the courts and they won. They're even doing it to this day. They proved the banks were creating the money out of thin air which means they didn't provide any real wealth to the farmer. Then the bank even screws the farmers by adding interest/usury. The farmers win and kept their property and the bank chose not to pursue further because they don't want this information getting out. Other farmers have sued the banks for the very same thing and the banks will not even show up to court now. There is no real money or wealth in this fractional reserve banking system. Nothing backs this money except consumer and business confidence in the money. Once you know it's BS, you can beat them and that's what's happening. This all started back in the 60's.

No they are not using their farm as a charitable donation thing. Get real they are paid to use the farm for weddings and have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Just as the grocery store can make you leave for not wearing a shirt and shoes.

No, I think the LOCATIONS would be adequate to demonstrate my point.
