Well its horrible to deny rights to veterans.

Constitutional rights such as the right to free speech. The right that gives assholes on this very site to continuously post stupid bullshit and attack the very right that gives them the right to spew stupid shit on internet message boards. I predict they will receive federal funds for college for their children. There are colleges in any other state than NY that would happily find the funding to cover this. And they will get a better education. Yup might be cheaper too.
