I am certain several Taras will appear at this time, but the new teachings that will liberate humanity will come from a male messiah. The dead sea scrolls actually talk about two male messiahs. One is a buddha like figure and one is a king. The Hindus expect the Kali Avatar and the Manu. The Buddhist expect Maitreya Buddha or the fifth Buddha. The tenth incarnation of Vishnu will not be a female. In John 14 it clearly state the Holy Spirit is male and this is not a sexist thing at all. It is just the way it will be, but a Tara is a very important being and they will play a crucial role in the beginning of the next cycle.
