I bought a single wide trailer in 2015 for cash. 58 grand. Every one laughed at me.
I put in new AC, new roof, new carpet and appliances. The idiots are not laughing anymore, as i have no mortgage and pay $578 a year in taxes.
I put about 7 grand into it. I got a roof over my head for cheap.
