I watched the last four holes.

It makes golf more interesting.

It was interesting the 3rd round they had some of the lowest scoring ever. Were they rigging the course for Tiger to increase his chances to make a run to boost ratings?

You can certainly rig a course in favor of certain players.

It's no different than Davis Cup where the home country gets to choose the surface of court whether it be grass, clay or hard court. It can have a dramatic difference in the outcome of which country wins.
