They want more voters but they need those voters to go to Texas and other red states. By Trump sending them to the Sanctuary city he is pretty much defending the purpose the Democrats are wanting them to be allowed to come in. Plus until he gets funding for a wall and the rest of the things needed to secure the boarder the immigrant from South America are not going to stop coming in. So sending them to Sanctuary cities Trump is screwing up the Democrats plan to steal the election. At the same time Trump is showing that the Democrats are hypocrites and do not want the immigrants in their cities. This will also possibly have an event on the immigrants that have been here and they may no longer show up and vote or support the Democrats.
