Live in the Midwest, eatern Ohio. i recently visited Northern California, (humboldt cty) what a hole. even a little crap town like Eureka was just a sea of vagrants. Stopped by the local mall, 20-30 vagrants at every door. Everyone I knew was spending over half their take home pay to not live near the worst of it. WHY? I live like a king in the midwest. Some people will do anything to not live in their hometown I guess.
