Quoting: TomShillington That says it all. No children were victims. Once again I must remind readers that a police officer has no authority to pronounce anyone dead. Only trained medical personnel can do that, and they can do so only after personal observation. (Not counting the crazy Texas county in which Justice Scalia died, where a judge was legally able to pronounce him dead over the phone without any medical examination at all.) It wasn't just cops, the heart monitors were connected to Danbury. The doctors there were getting all the info of the victims and could determine death. It mentions in the report that the victims were tagged after the triage assessments. EMT's have the tage system, the black tag means dead. If EMT's can't declare someone dead, why have the black tags?
