Martian Meteorite Has Definitive Evidence for Past Life on Mars.

A Martian meteorite, named ALH-77005, contains definitive evidence for past life on Mars. Definitive evidence is in the research article: [link to www.degruyter.com (secure)]

Above figure shows tiny spots inside Martian meteorite ALH-77005. Blue and red arrows (in images B and D) point to remains of Martian mammalian red blood cells. Red blood cells of mammals are unique in that the cells are shaped as biconcave discs. Non-mammals do not have such cells. Iron-oxidizing bacteria do not have the shape of discs.

Chemical evidence for past life on Mars: strong negative delta 13C, embedded organic material, such as PAHs, aliphatic CH, long-chain fatty acids, etc.:

In the above figure, two red arrows (added by me) point to long-chain CH, which includes long-chain fatty acids and more complex lipids. Those long-chain CH were found in Martian meteorite ALH-77005. Without life, it takes a chance of 1 in 50,000 to form a single fatty acid (note 1). There are many fatty acids in meteorites (note 2) and in Martian ooids. So, it's virtually impossible to form SO MANY fatty acids without life. Volcanic lava cannot form fatty acids or red blood cell remains, both of which are actually fossils. Such fossils can withstand the heat of 800 degrees Centigrade without breaking up their structures (note 3). That's why volcanic lava still contains such fossils. To repeat, such materials are fossils, not formed by volcanic lava.
