This is my C60 formula.

This is what is working for me. I am not saying it can not be improved or varied. I do not know why or how it is working for sure.

For my wight of 130 lbs I use...

One teaspoon of C60 oil first thing in the morning on an empty stomach in my morning coffee, with milk and sugar.

30 mg of Noopept in the morning an hour or two after the C60 has had time to digest.

50 mg of DMAE mixed in one quart of water consumed over time, the first half of the day.

I have also posted about my regular diet in case that has had an unknown reaction to aid with the c60, dmae and noopept on my healing, my diet did not aid in my healing much before. I think lemon juice helps in an unusual way and be sure to drink lots of water.

I am the OP.
I just got my latest C60 order. (thank you cheaptubes) It has been improved. It is a finer powder and does not need to be crushed before mixing. It blends much faster and I do not think it will need processed as long. I will report back how much faster it is to make. I think it will be better to use less C60 for each batch. I am starting with 1/2 a gram for 14 oz of coconut oil with this the new improved batch.

One gram of tested quality pure C60 crushed to as fine of powder as possible {I use %99.95 because I can not afford %99.99} added to one pint jar of pure unrefined coconut oil, kept liquid around 75 F, Keep wrapped up and protected from all light, gently shake as often as possible, a few times an hour for 3 to 5 weeks depending on how often you shake it and the size of the particles, until it is dispersed. Allow to settle out, a day or two so any heavy particle sink, pour off the majority, leaving the heavy solution at the bottom to start your next batch.

The most important thing is to get good quality tested real Fullerenes C60, 99.9 % to 99.99 not low grade or charcoal being passed off for c60 or say it is tested when it is was not and not the true stuff. I found the best price was cheaptubes.com and it is tested. It is half the price as others with the same quality. The price is going up for everyone and in high demand, not in stock is normal right now, request to be put on a waiting list for the next shipment.
Where I get mine, if a new order does not test out good enough, they send it back and I wait even longer for the next shipment. Well worth the wait.

Do not consume C60 particles, only the oil.

INGREDIENTS

1 Quart Organic Grass-Fed or Raw Milk
2 Tsp Powder Probiotic, 400 Billion IU, As Many Strains As Possible (24-36 strains)
2 Tbsp Powder Colostrum, Raw If Possible
1 Package Yeast (Kefir Grains) (Yogurt Culture)
2 Drops Liquid Vitamin D with K2 (2,000 IU Vitamin D)

INSTRUCTIONS

(This step is Not needed for Raw Milk) Heat Milk to 180 degrees, then cool to 110 degrees. Pour milk into container, making sure to leave a few inches of air space on top.

Add 1/2 Cup of Milk to Sauce Pan, Add 2 Tsp Priobotic, Add 2 Tbsp Colostrum. (Heat gently?) and whisk until creamy.

Pour sauce pan contents into milk container, do not mix.

Add Yeast to milk container and do not mix, leave yeast on top. Leave out at room temperature for 8 hours, no more no less. Put in refrigerator.

When ready to drink, put 1 cup into glass, put 2 drops of Vitamin D with K2 (2,000 IU Vitamin D), and blend. Add honey, maple syrup, or fruit to taste.

5 mg a day AT NIGHT preferrably between 9 pm to midnight ONLY ( although til about 2 am will be ok.

The pills are 50 mg. Dissolve one 50 mg tab in 50 ml of distilled water, let it disolve and shake it up. Store it in a glass container in your refrigerator. 1ml = 1mg.

I crushed the 50 mg tablet into 10 equal parts and put it in gel caps.

Please do post more cost saving DIY formulas and generic substitutions, information and related links. I thought it was important to put this info in one place as much as possible. Health care products should not be only for the rich.

I make a green drink out of several powders - specifically for pain and inflammation:

add to 1/2 fully boiling water - mix well and then add water to rim

1 tsp kratom powder (pain reliever)
1 tsp moringa powder (nutrition)
1 tsp chlorella powder (nutrition)
1/2 tsp of turmeric (inflammation)
1 tbsp of lemon juice (this cuts the "green" flavour a bit)

occasionally I add one of the following:
1/2 tsp of soursop (cancer fighter)
1/2 tsp ashwaganda (anxiety fighter)
1/4 tsp ground apricot seeds (cancer fighter - b17, laetrile)
1 tsp of diatomaceous earth (detoxifier)

I also take a capsule of oil of oregano 2-3 times per week, which kills off candida, I follow up every other day with an an capsule of activated charcoal - which absorbs the dead candida to remove from system.

What a fucking hassle. Why not buy whole, organic food and make everything from scratch? You cannot have good health with supplements, only a balanced, whole food diet.

Can anyone find and post the DIY CBD oil formula?

A healthy home grown diet did not cure my incurable, life long painful debilitating genetic bone disease, the C60 formula did.

Does anyone have DIY instructions on how to build your own TENS, Rife or ozone machines etc.?

Did you have your garden soil tested for mineral content and such? Where you growing heritage veggies and a proper variety of said veggies? Did you have the fresh veggies and such throughout the winter or only eat store bought glyphosate tainted foods? Do you raise your own meat? Raise your own chickens and eggs or depend on corporate food? Many, many options to consider.

Where you raised on a whole food, home cooked diet or did your family feed you crap? Many, many options to consider.

I am glad it worked for you, but through the generations these supplements were never needed. Somewhere along the way you or someone else failed your critical dietary needs.

I make my own DIY homeopathic mosquito remedy each year. I know it sounds nuts but it works to help prevent the inching and swelling. I live and work in the woods, I know this works.

Catch three mosquitoes, place in a pint jar of water. Shake three times a day for three days. Remove the mosquitoes and put in the frig. Take one teaspoon twice a day. Just put it in any drink, the family will not know.

Why is ground current a problem today?

One key reason ground current is a serious problem is that the much of our electrical distribution infrastructure is antiquated. Instead of updating the electrical wires properly, utilities that distribute our electricity, are taking a short-cut to save money and are connecting the neutral wires to ground and using the ground to return the unbalanced current to source. i don't but you need to know about this. i've cured a spine infection with this after the vet said i'd have to put my pet down because no antibiotics could get to the spine. sorry i don't have more details. not sure if it was the bones getting infected or the tubes that carry the fluid or other.

thanks! i'm on my first bottle of c60 and noticed improvements in 3 days and by day 5 i was almost completely healed up from not being able to raise my arm half-way up without major pain.
we gave it to our 13 year old 3-legged dog, we didn't even know he wasn't %100 but after a week on c60 he's running down the stairs and agile like a puppy.

i'm trying to understand everything i can about c60, the increase in stem cells is something i haven't heard before. i did look at that thread a few days ago and will further pursue it.
