If you truly want to help this situation then do the following:
Take a hard look at yourself through your wifes eyes by putting yourself in her shoes and ask what you can change about yourself that is humanly possible to meet her needs.

Try seeing things from her pov.

Has she asked you to make other changes in the past to yourself and the relationship?

Are they doable by you?

You can listen and talk to each other but by the time they are ready to see other men it is almost always too late....
