I remember going through a small Illinois downtown 20 years ago. It must have had a B-college, because that's what we played. Half the downtown was Spanish, like it had been allowed to take over several blocks, like Border State towns. Twenty years ago. That writing was on the wall so long ago.

Florida with no state income tax, low property tax and low cost of living is doing pretty good. That's with the nation's #1 senior population as well.

Florida has it's problems, but we all know what counties they are. Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach.

I moved here from NJ in 2004, wish I had long before that.


BTW, over 50% of everybody I've met, are from NJ and NY. Lately I'm seeing more and more California license plates and they're not here on vacation. So what does CA NJ and NY have in common???
