On a side note, Jesus taught me how to reduce all tension in my body by doing shoulder scan and when I find tension just drop my shoulders. That has been the one that worked for me to relieve all tension in my body. I still practice it after 5 years, the world is stressful. Thanks. But no need to start a religion or anything like that. I like the simplicity and effectiveness of this way of making the body feel better. I'm pretty sure if Jesus was around, he'd approve - especially if it was something that consistently helped to restore wellness to your body and to your life. |

Replying to find later, but I've been trying belly breathing....It works, but only if I'm mindful while I'm doing it, which is difficult during periods of chaos. Easy, quick test Much appreciated! I will definitively try this, and I hope it will help me at night when trying to fall asleep. In daytime I try to connect with nature through walks in the woods. It makes me feel connected to our life essence, which is to be reflected as well in the plants and in the animals. That is basically relaxing, as I feel not judged, I am connected essence, and I judge not. I experience nature and learn from its beauty. To me that is Love. There´s a vid about our chi and how it can be used in an experiment. It worked for me as I copied it. Then I lost faith (in myself, as I tried to debunk it) and I couldn´t do it anymore.
