Now, KEEP YOUR LEFT HAND fingers on your pubic bone and move your RIGHT hand to your tailbone. The easiest way to do this is to rotate your RIGHT wrist so that the TOPS of your fingers are pressing the tailbone area. Keep your mouth slightly open.

After 1 to 2 minutes you’ll experience an involuntary sigh or yawn. When that happens you have completed the session and can begin again if you’d like.
