This is real simple, JADR... the old ones were yellow, the new ones are red & white, just like it says in that wiki link that I posted earlier in this thread.
Some areas will still have yellow, as they're not automatically changed, especially in rural areas, when the sign design changes.
They'll stay the obsolete design for decades... maybe forever.
