Age and poor health are not adequate reason to give up on life. There are still people you can help - look out your window. Look around the store where you shop. Look at the addresses in your email client. You need to be helping others with the wisdom your age has given you, and even your health issues can be used to help others.

We don't have time to be giving up - we need to do all we can for others. Educate them, alert them, make them feel better about themselves, teach a skill, listen to their problems - much needs to be done that ONLY you can do. Get on it!
