Go vegan and take baking soda against inflammation.
Cut the sugar in everything.
Try fresh smoothies everyday with ginger and fresh greens.
Start today.

Yeah, 44 in two months, look 30 but feel like i have been on this planet for 100 years. Still in good shape, skinny and agile but my body aint feelin the best. Keep thinkin i got a slow creeping cancer or some other non curable disease. So over this reality, but keep going through the motions looking forward to going over to the other side.

Re: I'm 47 And Feel Like I'm 87
Get rid of what is actually causing the inflammation which is most likely wheat and sugar (aka carbohydrates).

Go on a low-carb diet and report back in a few weeks.

And take the supplements mentioned.

Re: I'm 47 And Feel Like I'm 87
Tell us how much cereal, bread, pasta, beer, fruit, juice, soda do you consume in a day.

If you NEED lots of carbs then you have just diagnosed yourself and having a certain amount of metabolic imbalance which only gets worse.

The Human body is designed to primarily get energy from the conversion of fats to cellular energy not carbohydrates.

That's the way we operated until the 1900s and yet people were not dropping like flies without a damn Snickers bar and yet people still had the energy to plow fields and dig mines.

Could be the foods you are eating and not enough exercise. A lot of foods cause inflammation.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77038274

I’ve noticed people are going on a carnivore diet because of food allergies causing inflammation. Fruits and vegetables can cause problems for some people. So they add them back in slowly to see what is going on. They also work on gut health. Intermittent fasting helps also to give the body a break from digestion so it can heal. A meat diet will also help if there are any fungal or candida issues.

None of our ancestors had access to carbohydrates like we do today and yet they did incredible physical stuff.

It's because they retained their proper metabolic state.

That is the consensus it seems these days.

Use salt liberally also because that helps to produce hydrochloric acid so the body can digest the meat. Some people’s digestion are just weaker these days. Some take digestive enzymes as well for a little while to kick start the body.

Remember to drink plenty of water. A little warm water with meals is good if you need it.

Are you taking magnesium supplements? Some of what you list sounds like a magnesium deficiency.
