Quoting: Love_Goddess Do you have arthritis? This. Something is off here. Are you taking magnesium supplements? Some of what you list sounds like a magnesium deficiency. No, I had been taking mens one a day for 3 months but didnt see any improvement. Magnesium citrate -- try it. Very inexpensive. I am very athletic and had to go on mag supplements as I sweat a lot of it out. Sounds like you have a very strenuous job, so get mag supplements, potassium too, and make certain you are getting enough salt to compensate for all the sweating. Also, since you are hurting a lot -- get epsom salt for your bath. Your body will absorb magnesium through your skin, and the epsom salt bath may ease some of your pain, allowing for you to sleep better. It messes with your blood sugars, causes weakness in bones, joints and muscles etc.. Your perspiration smell is a big indicator to it being towards that... When you mentioned that ammonia smell when you sweat, I clicked straight away as I have knowledge/some experience on that... It may be worth looking up some more on this though as I'm not a professional or a dr on this... Take care and remember, clean water, lots of it, less exercise if you can for your bone/muscle repair... ~Blue Spirit~ |
