Ah Nutmeg, the President has put 4,500 troops on the border to assist the CBP. He can double or triple that.

He can levy tariffs on Mexican goods coming into the country to pressure the Mexican government to stem the flow.

He can close points of entry that are known to be major illegal crossing zones.
