A 40 50 ft cat would be 800+ per month slip fee at a cheap place for docking. You also have the upkeep 1 gallon paint 200+, a 40 50 ft take about 10 gallons a coat and you need 2 coats every 2 years. Then sails, rode, cleaning, electrical, engine, and much much more Or if you going to sail the world buy as you probably can't find world wide charter.
