Look at the one timed 17:05. Straight up from the rose window, there are three cream-colored spires. One person is visible to the left of the left-most spire at the top of the scaffolding, and another person is milling about between the center and left spires.

At 0:22 or so, there is a flash of light from that person near the top of the center spire. Maybe like a reflection off of something metallic that just happened to catch the sun? It happens around 0:06 too.
