Why are there people on the roof an hour or so before, in the video posted a couple pages back?

No im asking a seriuos question, you said there were pictures of peolpe on the roof an hour ago, so where are they now. what the timeline of all these events. ive only just heard that the cathedral was on fire and reading these posts. please be more specific, were then on the roof during the fire, or before? if before did they all get out saftely? The people were up there on the scaffolding about an hour or so before the fire started. Presumably construction people. I could make out two in the video, could be more. It's a roof cam from a nearby location set to the cathedral, I guess. The link someone posted has about a minute of video every hour, so obviously we don't know what went on between the one video with people and the next videos with fire. Someone posted it because it seems suspicious, people walking around in the exact area of the start of the fire, an hour or so prior.
