wtf

....in the United States with a ridiculous new marketing campaign that pushes the idea that being really fat as a woman is somehow “beautiful.”

Falling under its “Gillette Venus” line of women’s personal care products, the advertising push made its first appearance on none other than P&G’s Twitter account, where the company published the above photo along with copy explaining that “Anna,” the model in the photo, represents the type of woman for whom Gillette Venus products are geared.

 Quoting: TIO JUAN

Ever seen those wretched Special K commercials with ugly fat women shoving big spoonfuls of cereal in their mouths while they dribble milk everywhere? I used to buy all kinds of Kellogg products, I was a loyal customer for thirty seven years. I saw the commercial for the first time in 2014, haven't bought a single Kellogg product since.

As for Gillette, I quit them last year. I shave with a straight razor and restored old style Gillette's now using Feather blades. Bought it all online. The shaving soap I use is from a local company, drop it in my shaving mug and lather it with a boar brush. If companies like Kellogg and Gillette don't want my business, they won't get it. It's 2019 and I've got the world at my fingertips thanks to the internet so I sure as hell don't need their products.
