God is love.
They never welcomed THE LOVE of THE TRUTH

and with every wicked deception directed against those who are perishing, because they refused the love of the truth that would have saved them.

He is not absent

Did not Jesus stand before them and say that their father was that old devil? A liar and murderer?
Here was the truth and they love a LIAR
here was the life and they love a MURDERER

Whilst we were yet sinners...

They never welcomed the love of the truth that would have saved them

Is it any different today?
The truth is proclaimed to us all
But do we welcome the love of the truth or not?
