Yes I used to get an average of 25mbps download 8mbps upload speeds with my ISP. Now all the same equipment in perfectly good working order and I get 5mbps download and usually less than 1mbps upload. I can't even play online with that or stream 4k, I'm going to stop the service if it doesn't change by the end of the month.

I have an unlimited data plan as well with no data caps. I really think they have just started throttling all data connections recently regardless of priority. Why not? They don't have to answer to anybody now.

Net Neutrality was a big government takeover by the Obama administration. It was a very bad thing. Everything they did was bad for America and our allies. Be glad it's gone. My internet is great today. Speedtest gave it 120 Mbps. A very stable rate on every site. I guess NN would improve that? No. Only private sector competition can improve performance and lower cost. Keep the government out of the way. Any utility will have occasional hiccups. That's the nature of technology. If your internet sucks try a different carrier. The beauty of the free market.
