I just enlarged the original NASA image by 400% into the above figure and pointed out the individual neuron remains drilled out by Mars rover Curiosity.

The neuron remains are on Mars.

NASA recently drilled a rock on Mars and then dumped the powderized rock sample onto ground for examination. The sample also contains Martian neuron remains:
