I have no problems putting on muscle and my strength is fine, it's just this hanging gut and chest fat that hasn't budged for near 18 years. Quoting: H.E. Pennypacker The problem isn't your body. It's your mind. I am SNOWIE. WELCOME TO THE NEW ICE AGE. TRY NOT TO STARVE. |

My stomach and chest fat just hangs there no matter what diet changes. Is this estrogen, liver, prolactin, too much porn? fasting doesn't help also. No idea what to do. Quoting: H.E. Pennypacker Its simple really.. Remove anything that contains fat from your diet.. Go on a potatoe diet like that kevin smith guy.. He lost it all.. |

If you want to lower stress hormone cortisol then PS (Phosphatydilserine) at 200mg a day has lowered cortisol 40% in studies. Combine that with some relaxing tea and meditation etc. It all adds up |
