Do people remember when it was reported that the Obamas, Clintons, and Oprah were "vacationing together" in Maui when that mysterious missile warning went off on the main Island? It was January of 2018. An additional report came out at the time that Oprah had taken the trip without some of her staff even knowing about it. What struck me at that time wasn't that these people were vacationing together, so much as the timing and location of where they were, but I distinctly remember someone even responded in the comments section of that original article suggesting that where they were staying in Maui would have been the prime location to view in the direction from where this supposed missile would have been incoming to hit the mainland Island. Of course, now I can't seem to find that original article any longer, but there remains a post from Gayle King mentioning Oprah's visit there in January of 2018...
