While I agree with the premise of this article, I also think that liberal feminists and homosexual couples (especially lesbians) tend to raise more than their share of sexually confused kids. I mean, they raise them as genderless, and then wonder why the kids are so messed up.

I think you can make it easier on yourself to ascend spiritually if you take care of first your body. So eating only real foods that don't have junk in them and also provide exercise like running, weights or mtn biking.. obviously don't injure yourself.

So when you have that out of the way then you can focus easier on your mind. Meditation is key. Seak out Shamans and other spiritual leaders. Spend time in nature when you can. Nature provides it is how we got to where we are so keep relying on that.

Don't seek out "spiritual" leaders of any kind. They are in league with the devil.
