The Military has one mission: win in war(kill people and break their stuff).
Not to make anybody FEEL ACCEPTED.
The military IS NOT an "equal opportunity employer. Plenty of people are denied entry: Too short? Too tall?: not a "morning person"?; substance abuse or criminal history? missing fingers ????YOU THINK YOU'RE A WOMAN TRAPPED IN A MANS' BODY OR VICE VERSA?

The military has many other missions other than picking up a rifle, loading a shell in a 155mm, or driving an M1A1 tank. If you haven't learned that, well, then there is much you failed to learn.
