Got to fund that "Train to Nowhere" ... and provide Welfare for LA, the largest welfare city in the US.
Maybe they can entice MORE homeless to move to California?
or
Maybe they can entice a few million MORE illegal immigrants to move to California and go on welfare ...
Once the tech boom runs it's course and California stops raking in the TENS of BILLION$$$ per year it gets in Capital Gains taxes of the new Billionaires selling their stock ... well the budget gap in California will be a nearly bottomless pit.
