In his poem Human Pride, Marx admits that his aim is not to improve the world, reform or revolutionize it, but simply to ruin it and enjoy it being ruined: With disdain I will throw my gauntlet full in the face of the world, And see the collapse of this pygmy giant whose fall will not stifle my ardor. Then will I wander godlike and victorious through the ruins of the world And, giving my words an active force, I will feel equal to the Creator. “Looking for consciousness in the brain is like looking in the radio for the announcer.” – Nasseim Haramein, Director of Research for the Resonance Project |

It felt like it took a whole minute before my lungs finally let me inhale a breath. Definitely rocked my world worse than any punch I’ve ever taken, can’t imagine what it’s like to take one off the gourd. |

Even more amazing is the ability of the central nervous system. Think about the speed at which he was able to detect the trajectory of the ball, calculate a physical response, get the body moving, and to control that movement in order to avoid being hit. It is stuff like this which convinces me we are CREATED, as opposed to evolving from pond scum. |

As McHugh fell on his back, shortstop Carlos Correa fielded the ball near the second-base bag and turned two. Plate umpire Bob Guccione immediately realized that he had seen McHugh's nimble move before. Guccione strode toward the mound and remarked to McHugh, "That was 'The Matrix!'," referring to the movie franchise starring Keanu Reeves.. ..Guccione told MLB.com after the game, "You could see [McHugh] just starting to duck out of the way. And [the ball] went right under his chin. And it reminded me exactly of Keanu Reeves and 'The Matrix.' And so I had to go out there and I told him, 'Man, that was just like "The Matrix."'.. He is stupid lucky it didn't hit him in the head and kill him He has a mitt. He actually leaned back into the ball. No sense. Hands gotta be quicker, hell, a catcher reacts faster than that crap. |

Unbelievable "miss" like it's avoiding gravity. Quoting: Crypto-Tard I guess you are right, he was dodging the ball like a girl. Someone else could have caught it. He was afraid of it. . Im sure you would have caught it What team do you play for? |
