Assange was locked in the Ecuadorian Embassy and could not be interrogated. 2. The inducted Russians were in Russia and unavailable for extradition. 3. Manafort lied and stonewalled. 4. Stone, lied and Stonewalled just like G. Gordon Liddy. 5. Trump refused to be interviewed and cooperate except through written interrogatory which was responded to by his attorneys. e.g. a take home exam 6. The Obstruction evidence was not presented to a Grand Jury for either a Bill or No Bill of Indictment. 7. Mueller did not seek a subpoena of Trump. 8. Mueller followed DOJ Regulations rather than seeking an indictment against Trump. 9. If Donald Duck rather than Donald Trump were under investigation then he would be under indictment right now!
