Hey just being honest. Been reading a lot of inaccurate information about this area in this post. (Ex. It's cheap to live here. Maybe if your from N.Y.C.) There is also a HUGE affordable housing problem here. Would you rather I blow smoke up your ass or? Apparently the truth does hurt.

Colorado is Booming, and if you stay OUT of the Denver area, you will find that the people are great - mostly retired military, so they are worldly wise and well trained to defend themselves = we are not overrun by californicators ...

I believe Colorado Springs is one area in Colorado where weed is not legal, the city council didn't want it in the area, unless that's changed.

the average rent across the street from your homeless shelter is $2200. In El Paso county there are over 1000 homeless folks just looking for work selling MMJ. You need to have a license with the state to work in a dispensary. So you better have a clean record and an address or you will be shit out of luck. Oh and BTW everyone is packing.
