22-year-old Oghaleoghene Atuno of Aurora, Colorado, was arrested and charged with attempted murder this week after he used his car to run over two young boys, ages 11, and 12.

According to CBS Denver, the attack took place earlier this month and one of the boys was left with a fractured skull.

Atuno, who was driving on an expired license, was caught on a security camera circling a cul-de-sac many times before he plowed over the boys with his vehicle.

I didn't see the SUV. What kind was it?

Black people have high rates of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Many have dyslexia and over all learning and behavior problems too. Not to mention and genalized average IQ of 85. On top of that they have a hateful culture towards all other races, and especially white people.

Low normative people repressent about 23% opf the US populations reguardless of race. Low normative IQ black people have a right to be angery. They are doing the best they can, yet go as far as they can in skills. Becuae there are so many of them with the dark skin coler that does start to work against their repution of being capable workers.

Furthermore their commuity has been ripped up by Enterters influence of a lose life style and the concept of easy money, and life should be fun always. Political social policies didn't help. The educational system does not meet their needs most of all and furtehr validates their victim mentality in the historical since.

As far as education goes, you cannot squeeze out the best skills and character wise by squeezing in normative low IQ individuals into regualr classrooms of 30 students. Low normative individuals need very small classroom structureed setting to raise them up well and do well in society. The sad part is most of these people don't qualify for special education sevices becuase they are low normative in learning across the board and theirfore specail education is not viewd as being a benefit to them.

To qualify for more intentive specail education you have to have an IQ lower than 72 across the board. Therwise those with moderate learnign disabilities with scatter splinter skills and IQ levels do get more help in school which does effect a more positive outcome poor learners.

Problem is to do this we would have to ignore race. Why, becuase the schools would have to acknowlege that black people have the highest percentage of low normative IQs. That on it's face appears like descrinination. So from a historical context, it seems like bigotry. Sad. People can't get their needs met and end up angry at innocent people and some want to harm them becuase of it.
